Version: 2
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Revision effective date: November 13, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time
This version takes effect on November 13, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time. Until then, the current SLA remains available at https://settlequik.com/sla. Existing prepaid annual subscriptions and earlier tickets are subject to the transition in Section 6.3.
This Service Level Agreement ("SLA") supplements and forms part of the Terms and Conditions ("Terms") between SettleQuik LLC ("SettleQuik," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Oklahoma, with its principal place of business at 9905 S Pennsylvania Ave Ste A, Oklahoma City, OK 73159, and you ("Customer," "you," or "your"), as a subscriber to the SettleQuik services (the "Services") accessible via settlequik.com (the "Site").
This SLA applies to paid subscribers on the Pro Plan, Business Plan, or Agency Plan. The Free Plan is provided "as is" without service level commitments.
The Services include customizable landing pages, analytics where applicable, and related features. SettleQuik does not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party services, including payment processors or other external platforms linked by Customers, as SettleQuik does not control or process transactions conducted through those services.
This SLA does not confer any additional rights beyond those in the Terms and may be updated with notice as provided therein. For questions, contact [email protected].
This SLA is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
For purposes of this SLA, capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms.
Additional terms include:
Means the percentage of time during a calendar month that the Services are operational and accessible via the public internet, excluding Scheduled Maintenance or Excused Downtime.
This subsection is reserved. The support-response calculation appears in Section 2.2.1.
Means the period when the Services are unavailable to Customers due to our failure to meet the commitments herein, measured to the nearest minute.
Includes Downtime resulting from:
Is calculated as:
(Total Minutes in Month - Downtime Minutes) / Total Minutes in Month × 100.
Means routine updates or repairs announced at least 48 hours in advance via email or Site notice, not exceeding 4 hours per month in aggregate.
Means a credit applied to a future invoice or subscription fee, as described in Article 4.
A request for account or service support submitted through [email protected] or the Site’s designated support portal. The applicable response period begins when the request is received by the designated email service or submitted through the designated portal, not when staff later open or transfer it. An ordinary content report, intimate-content removal request, copyright notice or vulnerability report is governed by its applicable reporting process; applicable legal deadlines are not replaced by this SLA.
We commit to the following service levels for applicable paid plans:
This applies to core functionality, including Account access, landing page creation and hosting, link display, and analytics where included with the applicable subscription plan.
Uptime is monitored using automated tools. Reports are available upon request for the prior three months.
Availability does not include Excused Downtime or degradation in performance due to Customer traffic exceeding reasonable limits, including excessive concurrent visitors or usage beyond applicable plan limits.
For Support Tickets submitted by Customers on the applicable paid plans, SettleQuik will provide a First Human Substantive Response within the following time after SettleQuik receives the Support Ticket:
All times in this Section 2.2 are elapsed clock hours and are measured from receipt of the Support Ticket, every day of the week, including weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
A “First Human Substantive Response” is a non-automated response from a person at SettleQuik that substantively addresses the reported issue, which may include a request for information reasonably needed to investigate it or an explanation of the initial next step. An automated acknowledgement alone is not a First Human Substantive Response. The response time is not a commitment to provide a fix, workaround, delivery, availability result, or other outcome within that time.
SettleQuik ordinarily addresses Support Tickets in order of their applicable response deadlines. SettleQuik may prioritize a matter involving urgent safety, legal, or statutory obligations ahead of other Support Tickets; doing so does not change the response-time commitment in this Section 2.2.
After the First Human Substantive Response, SettleQuik will use reasonable efforts to investigate and address the issue. Except for a specific commitment separately stated in this SLA, including Section 2.3, SettleQuik does not guarantee a resolution or workaround, or a time for either. Its ability to investigate, address, or resolve an issue may depend on the Customer’s cooperation, information or systems, or a third-party service or provider.
SettleQuik aims to provide a First Human Substantive Response to Free Plan Support Tickets within 48 hours. The Free Plan has no guaranteed response, investigation, workaround, or resolution time.
For Agency Accounts, recovery is subject to the applicable Agency service configuration and available backup systems.
If the Monthly Uptime Percentage falls below 99.9%, you are eligible for a Service Credit as follows:
| Monthly Uptime Percentage | Service Credit |
|---|---|
| 99.0% - 99.8% | 10% |
| 95.0% - 98.9% | 25% |
| Below 95.0% | 50% |
For purposes of this Article, the applicable Service Credit is calculated against the subscription fee applicable to the affected billing period, regardless of whether the applicable subscription is billed monthly or annually.
No Service Credit is available for failure to meet the response times in Section 2.2 under this version of the SLA. This does not affect uptime credits, claims governed by an earlier applicable SLA version, or a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Section 6.1 remains unchanged.
To claim a credit, submit a request via [email protected] within 30 days of the applicable service period, including reasonable evidence, such as downtime logs.
Credits are applied to a future invoice or eligible subscription fee. They are the contractual service-credit remedy for the eligible breach, subject to Section 6.1 and rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Removing the support-response credit does not repeal Section 6.1 or an accrued claim governed by an earlier SLA.
Credits do not apply to Excused Downtime.
Total credits for a given billing period shall not exceed 100% of the applicable subscription fee for that billing period.
No credits are available for consequential damages.
These exclusions do not guarantee third-party performance or create a resolution obligation. They do not excuse the first-response commitment for an otherwise covered Support Ticket merely because investigation may require a third party. Mandatory legal obligations remain unaffected.
The applicable effective date will be stated in the revision notice. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where affirmative consent is required, the Company will obtain it. No revision retroactively eliminates an accrued claim.
The “Notified Effective Date” is the date stated in the Version 2 notice issued under Section 6.2. Where the notice states that effectiveness is 30 calendar days after it is sent, that calculation determines the date. The notice must be supplied at least 30 days before the applicable change takes effect.
Version 2 applies prospectively to covered subscriptions from the Notified Effective Date, subject to the following annual-subscription protection. For an existing prepaid annual subscription, the prior support-response provisions and remedies remain applicable until its first renewal on or after the Notified Effective Date. Version 2’s support provisions then apply to Support Tickets received on or after that renewal date.
Support Tickets received before an Account’s applicable transition date, and accrued claims under the earlier SLA, remain governed by the earlier version and its claim procedure. Original effective date: November 30, 2025. Nothing in this transition limits a nonwaivable right or a remedy under Section 6.1.
This SLA, together with the Terms and Privacy Policy, constitutes the full understanding regarding service levels.
If any provision of this SLA is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Governed by Oklahoma law; disputes are resolved pursuant to Terms Article 17 (Dispute Resolution and Arbitration).
