Adding or removing a seat takes effect immediately and restarts your billing period from that date, with any credit applied to your account. The seat count is enforced when a creator is added, so the roster cannot quietly exceed what is being paid for.

Moving a roster across
Creators arriving from a link-in-bio tool do not have to be rebuilt one at a time. Point the migration tool at an existing Linktree and it reads the links across, creating the creator's SettleQuik page with the payment methods it recognises. You review each page before it goes live, and the seat check runs on this path too — the bulk route cannot take you past your seat count without you knowing.
