Adding or removing a seat takes effect immediately and restarts your billing period from that date, with any credit applied to your account. The seat count is enforced when a creator is added, so the roster cannot quietly exceed what is being paid for.

Moving a roster across
Creators arriving from a link-in-bio tool do not have to be rebuilt one at a time. Point the migration tool at an existing Linktree and it reads the links across, creating the creator's SettleQuik page with the payment methods it recognises. You review each page before it goes live, and the seat check runs on this path too — the bulk route cannot take you past your seat count without you knowing.
When a creator's link no longer opens
We check the payment links on the roster each day to help spot any that no longer open. When we find one, you get an email naming the creator and a guide to fixing it. A Venmo, Cash App or PayPal.me link that still isn't found an hour later can be hidden from that creator's page until it opens again, as long as the page has another way to pay.
Can my agency run AI creator accounts on SettleQuik?
You can list AI‑themed brands or avatars, but your Agency is responsible for making sure every profile is honest about who is behind it. You may not use SettleQuik to run non‑consensual deepfakes, impersonate real people without their written consent, or mislead fans into thinking an AI persona is a real individual when it isn’t clearly disclosed. Agencies must keep any necessary consent records and understand that we may remove or de‑index profiles that violate these rules.
