This Policy applies exclusively to the Pro Plan ($10 per month) and Business Plan ($20 per month) subscriptions and is incorporated by reference into our Terms and Conditions available at settlequik.com/terms.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you ("Subscriber," "you," or "your") acknowledge and agree to this Policy. We are committed to your satisfaction and offer a limited money-back guarantee as detailed herein. Refunds are not available for the Free Plan, as it incurs no charges. All refunds are processed through our third-party payment provider, Stripe, and are subject to applicable laws and Stripe's policies.

1.1 Eligibility: We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee on initial purchases and upgrades to the Pro Plan or Business Plan. If you are dissatisfied with the Services for any reason, you may request a full refund of the subscription fee paid within thirty (30) days of the initial purchase date ("Guarantee Period").
