Why your page says “not live”
Your page goes live once you confirm your email address. Until then, anyone who opens your link sees “This page isn't live yet” instead of your page.
1. Confirm your email.
On your dashboard, press “Verify email”, then “Send code”. We email a 6-digit code to the address on your account. Enter it within 10 minutes. If it runs out, press “Resend code”.
2. Can't find the email?
Check your spam folder. If the address on your account is wrong, change it in Settings → Security → Sign-in details, then send a new code.
3. If you leave it, we remind you once.
If your email still isn't confirmed a day after you sign up, we send one reminder with a link. The link works for 3 days.
4. Check your status.
Once it's confirmed, your dashboard shows “Live”. If it shows “Live — no way to pay yet”, add a payment method before you share your link.
